If you own a property like a home, condo or a townhome even an apartment unit that you want to rent, you will be able to use Rentahoo.com. You will be able to create your property, add your tenants and setup recurring payments.
All the tools you need to manage your property is free. You can create your free account and use Rentahoo for collecting rent online, manage and respond to your maintenance tasks and tenant maintenance requests as well as get monthly & yearly reports about your properties and assets. All completely FREE!
We have some paid services which you would have to pay for. These are listed below:
    • Rental Marketing: Free to get rental leads sent to your account. Our team will also conduct background checks and rate the leads as they come.
    • Mail Management and Forwarding: For $50 per month you can forward your mail and have us manage it. We can also scan and deposit your checks as well as update the system online. This service also protects your identity and address. (Coming soon)
    • Maintenance Insurance: You can pay a monthly fee depending on your property and cover any maintenance charges in the future. The amount and terms differ per each property.
    • Live Call for Payment Collection: You can sign up each property for $5 per month to have a live operator call your tenant and notify them of their late payment.
With Rentahoo, renters can make payments with their debit or credit card, or by sending ACH payments directly from their checking account. Each payment method has its own terms and different processing time. Here's how long each of these payment types typically take:
    • ACH bank-to-bank payment: 5 business days
    • Card payment time: 1-3 business days
If the end of the month or middle of the month falls on a weekend it may affect the time. Holidays will also affect the time of deposit.
You can sign up to our Rental Advertising Package and receive leads right to your inbox. Your rental will be advertised on our partner websites and receive leads which get collected through our customer support team.
From the menu on the top, select 'Properties'. On the top hit '+ New' to add a new property. From there you can add units or a tenant to your property.
You only need a valid email address to sign up. To receive payments you are required to verify your banking information.
